“Leadership simply is the ability to get other people to perform tasks willingly and energetically. Christian leadership is skill in activating others in Christlike endeavors.”

“Management is doing things right; Leadership is doing the right things.”

– Peter F. Drucker

We strive for excellence in every facet of this program.  From the way it is taught, to the results we want to achieve, and the fellowship in between.  We want an excellent program to create excellent future leaders.

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”

– John Quincy Adams

Being an excellent leader doesn’t mean a whole lot if you aren’t also primed to turn those skills into effective discipleship. LEAD will help equip our students with the training necessary to also make disciples.

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

– Matthew 28:18-20

"Where there is no guidance the people fall, But in abundance of counselors there is victory."

Proverbs 11:14

"So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up."

Galatians 6:9

What Our Past Students Have To Say

"When I was at LEAD, I was able to work on my confidence and my ability to speak in public. I also got the ability to talk to great teachers and mentors about my sermon and my ideas. I made friends with everyone there, and we were all able to support each other during our sermons and we just connected very easily."
