Dr. Justin Rogers
Dr. Justin Rogers is twice a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where he received a B.A. in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in New Testament Greek (2003), and a M.A. in New Testament (2006). Justin also graduated from Hebrew Union College—Jewish Institute of Religion with a M.Phil. in Hebrew Bible–History of Interpretation (2010) and a Ph.D. in Judaic, Hebraic, and Cognate Studies (2012).
Justin has been involved in ministry for 18 years, serving churches in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio. He currently serves as the pulpit minister for the Broadstreet Church of Christ in Lexington, TN. Since 2010, Justin has been a member of the FHU Bible faculty, where he teaches courses primarily on the Old Testament and the languages of the Bible. Since 2013 Justin has served as a member of the Annual Bible Lectureship committee.
Justin and his wife Ashli have been married since 2006, and have three children: Caleb, Chelsea and Camryn.
